"We send 12 PPSU officers to clean up the channel there. It aims to smoothen water flow of the channel, " said Sungai Bambu Urban Village Head, Sumarno, Wednesday (6/28).

Sumarno added, along Eid holidays, 100 PPSU officers under Sungai Bambu Urban Village are assigned to keep the environment clean.

"We use shift system. We do this to keep cleanliness of the streets, parks and channels in the field," he stated.
